Business Manager (BM) Usage Guide & Warranty Policy

1. Instructions for Using BM Effectively

To use the BM from the invitation link above, you need to connect it to an active Facebook account (preferably a USA account, 902 account, or Recovery account for managers and work purposes).

✅ Important Notes:

Your BM must have at least 2 Admins.
Soak BM for at least 24-48 hours before using it to avoid triggering Facebook’s security checks.
Create a full ad account before using (Because when an ad account is disabled, no more ad accounts will be created)
After purchasing BM, immediately add another Admin for backup and notify us so we can remove the old Admin, ensuring asset security and preventing potential disputes.

2. Warranty Policy

✅ BM is covered under warranty if:

The invitation link is invalid.
The BM is restricted before or within 24 hours after purchase without being used.
Ad accounts within the BM are disabled before or within 24 hours after purchase without being used.
The spending limit is reduced before or within 72 hours after purchase.

🚫 No warranty applies in the following cases:

Adding a payment card.
Creating a new advertising account.
The warranty period has expired.

⚠️ Important Reminder:
After purchasing the BM, add another Admin for backup and notify us to remove our Admin from your BM. If the warranty period has expired, we will not be responsible for any issues or disputes.
